REP® is a personal productivity method that harnesses the power of our bodies' biological 90-minute cycles to achieve maximum performance throughout the day.
The Fundamentals
The REP Method is a simple yet powerful time management technique that involves categorizing our day into Recovery, Energy, and Productivity cycles, each with a duration of 90 minutes. Tasks are organized by category and allocated to fixed 30-minute "subcycles".
THREE CYCLES TO ORGANIZE YOUR DAY
The REP System divides our day into sixteen 90-minute cycles, each with a specific focus on recovery, energy, or productivity. These cycles are designed to optimize our mental and physical performance by aligning with our natural ultradian rhythms, which operate on a 90-minute basis.
